Architecture styles of USA: Split-level style

Split-level style is characterized by an unusual asymmetrical layout and innovative floor plans, floors where the difference may be only 50% of normal. Thus, the houses are usually three-level, but at the height of a two-level. Most often, a separate volume stands garage.
